I woke up screaming again. Same nightmares. Everynight. No different; his hands on me, then his hands on her as we both say “no.” I really don’t think he knew the meaning of the word. My name falls from her lips but I can’t move. I still wonder what was in those drinks that made it feel as though I was made of cement.

Breaking Myths
Prostitution is a very sensitive and complicated subject. Debates are going around the world about whether legalization is the right way to go and whether prostitution is a choice. Is prostitution a choice, or is it human trafficking? I believe the latter.

The Warrior
We walked past her, interacted with her, even judged her but no one saw her. No one saw her pain, or that she was trapped in a life of being sold, beaten, and raped. We made our own judgment that it was her choice, and that she was selling herself. As if a child could consent to such a thing as being sold and raped by grown men.
